Hande Hançer

Hande Hançer works with Gün + Partners since 2005 and currently is one of the partners at the Intellectual Property Rights Department.

Hande has handled and supervised hundreds of projects on all fields of IP and her involvement includes both contentious and non-contentious matters in relation to all types of IPs as well as domain name and unfair competition disputes. Hande has an extensive litigation experience, counselled various foreign clients regarding their IP strategies, legal disputes, licensing and settlement agreements. Hande Hançer is also a member of leading IP organisations worldwide, INTA, ECTA, MARQUES, FICPI and AIPPI.
