Francine Brogyányi

Francine Brogyányi is a partner and heads the firm’s Life Sciences team. She specializes in medical and pharmaceutical law as well as corporate law.

She advises international key players such as GlaxoSmithKline and the TEVA-Group in EU and Austrian regulatory and ethical issues, prod-uct liability andmarketing matters. Services include advice on matters of pharmaceutical law, clinical studies, wholesale and distribution contracts as well as contentious and non-contentious marketing matters. Prior to joining DORDA BRUGGER JORDIS as an associate in 2001, she gained experience working for the leading oil and gas corporation MO-BIL in Australia as well as as in-house counsel for the Magna-Group in Austria. In 2005, she became a partner at DORDA BRUGGER JORDIS. She was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2005 and is the author of numerous expert publications on issues relating to pharmaceutical law.
