• Legal assistance to a French company for the transfer of a pharmaceutical establishment: transfer of employees, filing of an application for the creation of a pharmaceutical entity for the exploitation of medicines with the “Agence Française de Sécurité Sanitaire des Produits Pharmaceutiques” (AFSSAPS), obtainment of an authorization in order to transfer the AMM (marketing authorization).
• Legal counsel to a US company for legal issues relating to medical surveys in France, in particular epidemiological surveys: registration with the National Medical Association (“Conseil National de l’ordre des médecins”), remuneration of physicians, information requirements, advertising, data protection, etc.
• Legal assistance for Reserved capital increase / Issue of equity warrants and stock-options (in start-up companies with tax privileges) / Tax planning and acquisition of interest of a French company of research and development in physical and natural sciences.
