• Representation of Taboola.com Ltd. in the largest private financing round of an Israeli company (of over $120 million) in 2015.
• Representing clients in all aspects of strategic transactions. Recent transactions included the representation of Intec Pharma Ltd. (TASE; NASDAQ) in its licensing agreement with Biogen, dozens of agreements with technology transfer companies, and the services and license agreement between Zebra Medical Vision Ltd. and Dell Services.The firm has a substantial track-record in representation of purchasers and targets in private and public merger and acquisition transactions, and is widely experienced in private and public mergers includes the involvement and advice in reverse mergers, mergers into publicly traded shells, asset purchases and share acquisitions. Some recent examples are the representation of cCam Biotherapeutics Ltd. in its sale to Merck & Co.
