Signe Alfastsen

Signe Alfastsen specialises in intellectual property law, life sciences, healthcare law and contracting.

She works primarily in the field at the pharmaceutical and life science industry, and represents both Danish and non-Danish businesses in matters concerning intellectual property rights and regulatory matters (including with respect to clinical trials, data protection, marketing compliance, and GxP).

Signe also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiation of R&D agreements, clinical trial agreements, manufacturing, supply and distribution agreements with particular focus on agreements within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
