Oleksiy Didkovskiy

Oleksiy Didkovskiy is a Managing Partner at Asters who heads the firm’s International Arbitration & Cross-border Litigation practice, leading the firm’s most complex and significant dispute resolution cases.
He has extensive experience in complex multijurisdictional dispute resolution projects advising leading international and Ukrainian companies on litigation and arbitration matters in various industry sectors, including banking, telecommunications, automotive, retail and consumer goods, insurance, life science, transport and logistic.

Mr. Didkovskiy is recognized the world’s pre-eminent legal practitioner by The Legal 500, PLC Which Lawyer?, Chambers Global and Chambers Europe, Best Lawyers, Who's Who Legal, Ukrainian Law Firms and Expert Guides. Oleksiy Didkovskiy's projects include advising Telenor, ED&F Man, EDB, AT&T, Renaissance Insurance Group, TeliaSonera, Element Six, and Russia Partners Investment Fund on a number of legal issues. Mr. Didkovskiy received his law degree from the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National University. Admitted in Ukraine (1996). Member of the International Bar Association, Ukrainian Bar Association and the Kyiv City Bar Association, Arbitrator of the International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (Vienna International Arbitral Centre – VIAC) and of the Kazakhstan International Arbitration Court (KIA) of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
