Oleksiy Didkovskiy

Oleksiy Didkovskiy is a Managing Partner of Asters, head of Dispute Resolution, Tax and Regulatory Practice Group. Mr. Didkovskiy focuses on M&A, litigation and arbitration, life science, insurance, as well as telecommunications law. At Asters he has led several multi-billion dollar corporate acquisition projects and continues to advise major international investors on a wide range of corporate and regulatory issues.

Mr. Didkovskiy is recognized the world’s pre-eminent legal practitioner by The Legal 500, PLC Which Lawyer?, Chambers Global and Chambers Europe, Best Lawyers, Who's Who Legal, Ukrainian Law Firms and Expert Guides. Oleksiy Didkovskiy's projects include advising Telenor, ED&F Man, EDB, AT&T, Renaissance Insurance Group, TeliaSonera, Element Six, and Russia Partners Investment Fund on a number of legal issues. Mr. Didkovskiy received his law degree from the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National University. Admitted in Ukraine (1996). Member of the International Bar Association, Ukrainian Bar Association and the Kyiv City Bar Association, Arbitrator of the International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (Vienna International Arbitral Centre – VIAC) and of the Kazakhstan International Arbitration Court (KIA) of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Admitted in Ukraine (1996). Oleksiy speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian.
