Julia Semeniy

Julia focuses on intellectual property, data protection, anti-corruption and wider compliance, with particular experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. She advises clients on acquiring, licensing, assigning and enforcing IP rights, including trademarks, copyright and patents.

She is also an experienced litigator. Ms. Semeniy acts for clients in the courts, before the Antimonopoly Committee and the Ukrainian IP Office, and in dealings with law-enforcement, customs and other government authorities.
