Christophe Ronse

Christophe is a partner in ALTIUS’ IP & litigation department and leads the firm’s life sciences and patents practice. 

He is a commercial litigator specialising in intellectual property, with a particular focus on patent law and healthcare law. He assists national and international clients in complex litigation at the Belgian level and in national and international arbitration in his field. Christophe regularly writes legal articles and is a speaker at conferences, mainly in the field of intellectual property law. He is a member of: the INTA, LES, EPLAW and is presently acting as the president of AIPPI’s Belgian association and serves on the AIPPI Standing Committee on Pharma & Biotechnology. He is also a member of the editorial board of ICIP, a leading Belgian IP review. He was recently appointed deputy judge at the Court of Appeal of Brussels and is an active member of the International Bar Association.
