Ben Rapinoja

Ben is renowned litigator in patent, trademark and intellectual property matters in Finland and an expert in the field of intellectual property and technology law.

Ben advises on contractual and licensing arrangements, commercial disputes and corporate transactions in electronics and high-tech industries as well as in legal issues related to pharmaceutical industry and life science sector.

Ben has broad experience in patent litigation, especially in terms of pharmaceutical patents, in intellectual property litigation as well as in contractual disputes and arbitration proceedings of ICT and high-tech companies. Ben represents clients also in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. Ben has been regarded in various international publications (Chambers, Legal 500, IAM 250, WTR 1000) as one of the leading legal experts in Finland in the field of intellectual property and litigation as well as in the fields of life sciences and pharmaceutical law. Ben heads the firm’s Intellectual Property team.
