  • Advising a global U.S. medicinal products and medical devices manufacturer, on the distribution model of medical devices intended for patient use in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
  • A long-term daily advisory to a global U.S. medicinal products manufacturer in complex compliance matters (setting up, monitoring and auditing a robust compliance system, including training of employees, transparency reports etc.) for the Czech and Slovak markets.
  • Advising a global U.S. medicinal products manufacturer on the Czech and Slovak launch of a highly innovative medicinal product bearing an orphan indication (gene therapy), including pre-registration distribution, pricing and reimbursement and setting up specific quality arrangements with administering centres.
  • Advising an EU telemedicinal start-up on a legal framework for distant healthcare provision to Czech patients, including setting up a proper business strategy, data protection matters, IT and cybersecurity regulations.
  • Advising an EU medicinal products manufacturer on all complex legal matters regarding clinical trials in the Czech Republic.
