Tom Vantroyen

Tom has a broad corporate practice area, focusing in particular on M&A and private equity.

Tom’s corporate practice combines a mixture of Belgian and cross-border M&A work. He regularly advises private equity firms, management and corporates on mergers and acquisitions, disposals and restructurings. He has worked on transactions in many industry sectors throughout his career, with an increasing focus on deals in the life sciences/healthcare sector. Tom holds a degree in Law from the Catholic University of Leuven (Lic. Jur., 1996), and he gained a special degree in Economic law from the Free University of Brussels in 1998. He is a member of the Brussels bar since 1998. He is fluent in English, Dutch and French.
