Simon Gamblin

Simon Gamblin is a partner in the firm’s corporate and commercial team. He has extensive international and domestic corporate finance expertise, including substantial experience advising on complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures (typically with a cross-border element), restructurings, financings, private equity and general corporate/commercial transactions, as well as corporate governance issues.

His practice spans many sectors, including energy/oil and gas, financial services, professional practices, life sciences, technology, media and telecoms. Simon also advises in respect of general corporate/commercial issues, including in relation to the Companies Act 2006 and commercial contracts.
